BASIC
Private classes or board and train options. Affordable prices. In just 5 private classes you could have your dog well behaved on and off leash. We teach you how to train your own dog, no timed classes, 5 step training program. Board and train option for the busy lifestyle. Leave your pup with us and we will train it for you, AND train you how to maintain it.
Kids classes available.
SERVICE
At Cedar Hills Dog Academy, we can fit you with the right puppy, help with the training and the legal paper work/documentation needed, as well as the Public Access Test REQUIRED to have a legally Certified Service Dog in British Columbia. We have trained dogs for: Autism, PTSD, Diabetes, Down Syndrome and Mobility Impairments.
We train Service Dogs for children and adults.
FREE
Assessments are a fantastic way for us to meet you and vice versa. This will also give us the opportunity to meet your pup and come up with an individualized training program that fits you, your lifestyle and your dog perfectly. Free assessments are offered for all our services.
Finding the right trainer for you is so important and should be FREE!
We have a large facility on the property. Each dog has their own 5x5ft space where they can eat and sleep. Our building is equipped with A/C, heating, indoor and outdoor play areas, webcams, night vision,sound detection and motion detection. As well, one of our staff live in the building, and all other staff live on the property.
We can house only 15 dogs at a stime to ensure all dogs have a large amount of play time as well as scheduled one-on-one time, daily.
Rates:
$40/day per dog
20% discount on multiple dogs, if can be housed together.
On Date of Pickup:
If picked up before Noon - No charge
If picked up after Noon - $40/day (regular boarding rate)
Dropoff and Pickup times:
8:00am - Noon or 5:30pm - 7:00pm
During Fire Season (June-August):
Dogs must be able to be picked up by owner or emergency contact within 3hr notice at evacuation location. Our current evecuation location is Petland Kamloops.
